Representatives from many of the best bars and restaurants in Chicago gathered together at Terzo Piano last night to find out who would receive the Readers' Choice and Critics' Picks Eat Out Awards. The big winners of the night: Fat Rice, which readers voted Best New Restaurant, and Scofflaw, the recipient of the Best New Bar honor.
